We consider our obligations to our customers are never finished, which is why our Customer Support Programme has been devised to provide an extended service beyond just contract specification.

Computer records are retained on all orders allowing us to efficiently attend to subsequent enquiries concerning refurbishment, installation details, repairs, cleaning, re-fire proofing and re-ordering.

Our team of fitters travel all over the world to undertake installation work in accordance with relevant safety standards, which we can advise you on. We offer a range of flexible servicing contacts, which include visiting your site 1 year after the initial installation. A member of our team will return to check the curtains and service the curtain rails. Should any repairs, cleaning or re-fire proofing need to be undertaken, our team will visit you, take the curtains down, take them away to be dealt with, deliver them and re-install them.

From the initial thought to the hanging of the curtains or setting up of co-ordinates, our technical advice and expert knowledge is available to all of our customers at any time.
